We are really excited and proud to share our latest update, lynes v1.11.0. With it, we continue in the quest to offer the most flexible and functional communication service for companies.

Okay, but why are we so peppered this time?

We have not only released “some new features”, we have released some really nice (and new) features!!

New features in lynes

In this update, the developers have really outdone themselves and we are going to talk about the two great new features released.

One is a call log, a powerful analytics tool that allows you and your colleagues to easily obtain statistics and information about call logs on users and easily filter them, but more on that a little further down. The second feature that we are releasing is a long-awaited rasher, I am obviously talking about *drum whirl* call recording!


Call log

With the call log, you can easily choose which data you want to be presented. Would you like to see how many calls a particular salesperson made in the past week? No problem! Or maybe see who answered the most calls in a selected response group? No oddities.

Call recording

Our new call recording enables recording on both a user and a response group and is easy to manage and customize based on the user, response group and purpose.

  • Record users and response groups
  • Works even in a conference
  • Recordings are stored in the cloud, can be saved locally.
  • Choose which numbers to record (landline and mobile numbers)
  • MIFID ll & GDPR compliant
  • Manage everything directly in the app
  • Choose for yourself what to record

Synergy effect of the new features

As I wrote above, we always want to offer and deliver functional and user-friendly solutions and this is of course no exception. When we develop lynes, we always do it with the whole in focus. We ourselves see the benefit and customers we talk to confirm our thesis, therefore we have of course allowed these functions to overlap, with both creating a synergy that the next makes one teary-eyed.

Sharing calls has been possible since lynes 1.10.0. Now you can also share a log from a search, if the log has an associated call recording, you can also choose to share it to a colleague or in a public channel. Wow, wow, wow!

This is something I call the digital post it patch, an incredibly useful feature that really stands out in the telecom world!
