The digital Post-it note is exactly what it sounds like â a virtual version of that handy paper square, only smarter.

Just like its paper ancestor, this is your go-to for quick notes and reminders â but digital. The best part? You canât write down the wrong info, because the details are pulled automagically from lynes.
When should you use it?
There are plenty of situations where this little gem comes in handy â from missed calls to sharing great conversations with your team.

Even if youâre not a receptionist, you probably take calls that arenât meant for you. With this feature, you can share the call log with a busy colleague and leave a comment.

How to do it
- Search for the call you want to share in your call log
- Click Share and choose whether to include any call recordings
- Add a comment (optional)
- Share it directly with a colleague or in a chat channel

All users with access to the call log can share call details from there. Every user can share calls from their personal call log.
Can everyone listen to the shared audio file?
Yes â if you choose to include the recording when sharing a digital Post-it note, everyone you share it with can listen to it.
Can you call back directly from the shared log?
Absolutely. Thereâs a little phone icon next to the callerâs number â just click it to call them back right away.
