Who is calling?

Our HubSpot integration checks all calls (incoming and outgoing) and if it’s a match we will display the name.

As long as you keep things organized in your CRM, you will always see who is calling you.

From the toast, there’s also a direct link to the contact in HubSpot.

All calls are logged in HubSpot

When active, calls are automatically logged on the contact. In this way, your colleagues can see that you have spoken with the customer.

The call is not only visible in HubSpot, but also in lynes.

Our integration communicates in the background, via API, with HubSpot. This way, you get access to a lot of handy features such as:

  • Calls logged in HubSpot & lynes
  • View individual and company details directly in the app
  • View related tickets in contact page
  • Expand contact in HubSpot
  • Create and view notes
  • Generate new tickets.

Activate the integration!

  • Via Insights, click on “Connect Integration”
  • Choose HubSpot
  • Follow the instructions.
