Användare: enbart användaren med licensen aktiv kommer åt samtalen. Ingen kontoägare eller superadmin kan läsa eller lyssna på samtalen.Svarsgrupper: Varje svarsgrupp konfigureras separat, därför kan åtkomsten variera. T.ex. en supervisor i en svarsgrupp har man åtkomst till alla samtal medan agenterna enbart har åtkomst till sina samtal i den gruppen.
All vår data lagras i Sverige. För att möjliggöra transkribering kan vi beroende på leverantör skicka datan utanför Sverige, i EU, och även ibland utanför EU, te.x. USA.
Transkriberingen sker inte i realtid, men snudd på. Efter avslutat samtal kan det ta ca 5-10 sekunder innan transkribering och sammanfattning är gjord, då dyker det upp automatiskt på samtalet i samtalsloggen eller svarsgruppen.
