This is how VIP numbers work in lightning
You mark important contacts as VIPs in lynes and then choose which referrals will allow their conversations to go through. For example, VIP calls can be released even when your status is Busy or Meetup.
VIP settings apply only to personal calls and do not affect response groups or shared numbers, so your shared feeds will continue to function as usual.
