VIP-nummer: låt rätt personer alltid nå dig
Markera viktiga kontakter som VIP – till exempel chefen, dina viktigaste kunder eller barnens skola. Sedan väljer du själv vilka hänvisningar som ska släppa igenom VIP-samtal. Ett VIP-samtal kan till exempel gå igenom även om du är satt som “Upptagen” eller “I möte”. Du styr per hänvisning – helt flexibelt.
Interna samtal: alltid tillgänglig för kollegor
Vill du att kollegor alltid ska kunna nå dig, även när du har en aktiv hänvisning? Inga problem. Du väljer själv om interna samtal ska gå igenom – och i så fall vid vilka hänvisningar.
Gäller bara personliga samtal
VIP-nummer och interna samtal hanteras enbart för dina personliga samtal – inte för samtal till svarsgrupper eller delade nummer. Det innebär att du har full kontroll över din tillgänglighet, utan att det påverkar gemensamma flöden.
